The online learning modules by Aptimise-edu offer interactive quizzes that test the student at the conclusion of the lesson. The questions vary from drag and drop, matching, fill in the blank to true/false. If they do not achieve a satisfactory score, it is presumed that they did not fully understand the subject matter and are asked to review the course by returning to the beginning. The quiz is offered again and upon receiving a passing score they are awarded a printable diploma. The LMS (Learning Management System) keeps track of the completion and score received for each student and each course.
Administrative Reports on Students
Each company's account assigns an administrator to oversee the process. As an administrator, you may see which students have completed, passed or failed each course. You can monitor how long the courses are taking and how many attempts the students need in order to pass a specific subject. Reports can be sorted by department or course to isolate an area of your company. This is a powerful tool to keep you involved in your investment and make necessary changes or offer encouragement along the way.
