Lean manufacturing is a way of producing goods through the removal of waste while improving production time and cost. In our Lean Tools courses we will teach you to maximize your valuable resources and minimize waste. Lean is not exclusively for manufacturing, its concepts can be applied throughout an organization from the top down.
Use the 7 Wastes course to help you identify where the waste is in your company. Use 5S to help you implement your Lean plan of action. Finally, use Kaizen Blitz to help you achieve your goal of having a Lean organization and to continually improve all elements of your company’s supply chain.
